1. What happens after activation
The moment your plan goes active, your agents start working — you don't have to trigger anything.
Your niche gets researched
The research agent studies what's actually working in your industry right now and builds a bank of hooks specific to your brand, not generic templates.
A strategy is drafted
Hooks are scheduled across your content pillars so your feed has variety instead of ten versions of the same idea.
Your first video is produced
Script, footage, music, captions and your branding, assembled into a finished vertical video.
It arrives for approval
Usually within 5–10 minutes, in your chat, with buttons attached. Nothing publishes until you say so.
2. Approving your daily videos
This is the day-to-day loop, and it takes about a minute. Each video arrives with the hook text, the caption that will be posted, and three buttons.
| Button | What it does |
|---|---|
| ✅ Approve | Publishes to every platform you've connected, with a caption variant tuned per platform. |
| 🔄 Regenerate | Discards this version and produces a fresh one. |
| 💬 Feedback | Tell us what to change first — the next version is built around your note. |
You can also just type your feedback as a normal message in reply to a video. "The hook is too generic for SaaS founders" produces a much better second version than "make it better" — name the specific thing you want different.
3. Catching up with /today
Busy day, unread chat? Send /today and everything produced today is resent in one batch, still approvable. Nothing gets lost at the bottom of a thread you didn't scroll.
4. Adding your own footage
Send any photo or video straight to your bot and it joins your brand library, ready to be used in future videos. You'll be asked two quick things:
- Is this regular content or a CTA clip? Regular assets are used as scene footage. CTA clips are treated as your closing frame — logo, offer, "book a call" — and are overlaid differently.
- Any caption? Optional, but assets with a caption produce better post text when they appear.
You can upload from the dashboard too, where you can also edit an asset's details, reuse a specific one in the next run, or delete what you no longer want.
5. Changing settings by chatting
You don't need to find a settings screen. Say what you want in plain English and it's applied:
- "Make the tone more playful"
- "Post 2 videos a day"
- "Stop making carousels"
- "Use our brand blue for the text background"
- "Focus more on case studies and less on tips"
Changes take effect on the next production run. If you want to see the effect straight away rather than waiting for the next scheduled slot, ask for a test video.
6. Connecting your platforms
Connect once and every approved video goes everywhere at the same time. Supported: TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Pinterest, YouTube and X.
Connect or reconnect from Settings → Connected Accounts in the dashboard. One click per platform.
7. What the dashboard adds
Everything essential works from chat. The dashboard is where the bigger picture lives:
- Strategy calendar — see upcoming hooks by date and edit any of them before they go into production. Fixing a weak hook here saves a regeneration later.
- Media library — everything you've uploaded, with details you can edit.
- Visual style — fonts, colours, watermark position, text treatment, with a live preview.
- Content mix — the ratio between your content pillars, and which video formats to use.
- Pending videos — approve or regenerate without Telegram.
- Billing — plan, invoices, and cancellation.
8. Reading your results
Once your accounts are connected, performance flows back in and your analyst agent reports on what worked. Over time that feedback shifts your strategy toward the hooks and formats your audience actually responds to.
Two honest caveats worth knowing early. New accounts sit in a small test audience for the first few weeks, so early numbers say more about the platform's sampling than about your content. And saves and shares matter more than views — they're what pushes a post beyond your existing followers.
9. Plans and billing
Your plan sets how many videos and carousels are produced per day and which agents are on your team. Change plan or cancel any time from Billing in the dashboard.
Cancelling never cuts you off mid-cycle: you keep producing and publishing through the end of the period you've already paid for, and everything made for you stays yours.
10. Habits that get better output
- Upload your own footage in the first week. The single biggest quality lever.
- Be specific in feedback. Name the thing you'd change; vague notes produce vague changes.
- Edit weak hooks in the calendar before they reach production, rather than regenerating after.
- Review your content mix after week one. If a pillar isn't landing, change the ratio.
- Don't set one pillar to 100%. A single-note feed exhausts its ideas fast and platforms reward variety.
- Keep hooks short. Under about 15 words, or the text overlay gets cut off on screen.
- Watch each video before approving. Publishing is instant and permanent.
